Call a veterinarian right away if your pet has trouble breathing, will not stand, is bleeding heavily, has a swollen or hard belly, is straining to urinate without producing anything, has had a seizure, or has eaten something toxic.
Do not wait to hear back from us before seeking care for a life-threatening problem. Get your pet seen, then contact us at [email protected].
If your pet may have eaten something dangerous, call a poison hotline immediately. A consultation fee usually applies.
Common household dangers: chocolate, xylitol, grapes and raisins, lilies (cats), antifreeze, rat poison, and human medications.
We help low-income families in Henry County and nearby cover emergency, life-saving veterinary care. Approved funds go straight to the clinic.
